A company is looking for a Lead Engineer - Digital Associate Experience to oversee standardization initiatives and enhance support tools in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Support and mentor Level 2/3 technicians, acting as a key escalation point for complex desktop support issues Drive strategies for proactive monitoring, endpoint health, and automation using telemetry and digital experience analytics tools Design, build, and maintain automated self-healing solutions to improve end-user experience and reduce recurring issues Required Qualifications Five or more years of advanced technical experience in desktop support, endpoint engineering, or systems role Deep understanding of Windows and macOS troubleshooting, endpoint configuration, and hardware lifecycle processes Experience using telemetry tools to analyze user experience and device health trends Strong scripting and automation skills, particularly in PowerShell Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection in the United States or Puerto Rico
