Key Responsibilities
Provide support to clients, including escalation support and reporting requests
Manage exception requests and ensure compliance with relocation policies
Coordinate special projects and maintain relationships with clients through consultative problem-solving
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in relocation or assignment consultation
Experience in managing complex cases and a proactive approach to tasks
Strong initiative and willingness to drive impact
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and numerical data
