A company is looking for a Client Training Specialist to lead training sessions for leasing teams during onboarding. Key Responsibilities Deliver live, engaging training sessions for leasing agents on the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) Drive understanding and emotional buy-in for the platform among leasing teams Collaborate with various teams to standardize training content and support public-facing webinars Required Qualifications 5+ years in Property Management and/or PropTech in a client-facing role 3+ years in a training, enablement, or onboarding capacity Metrics-driven mindset with an understanding of training's impact on adoption and revenue Strong collaboration skills across teams such as Implementation, Customer Success, and Marketing Experience leading virtual trainings for groups ranging from 3 to 300
