Zendesk Administrator
A company is looking for a Zendesk Administrator to manage and optimize their Zendesk platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and customize Zendesk to support customer support processes
Manage user roles and permissions to ensure appropriate access and security
Document and refine Zendesk processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
4-6 years of experience as a Zendesk Administrator, preferably with certification
In-depth knowledge of Zendesk configuration and administration
Experience integrating Zendesk with other platforms and tools
Strong data analysis skills for generating insights from reports and analytics
