A company is looking for a Clinical Talent Sourcer responsible for identifying and engaging qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) candidates. Key Responsibilities Proactively source and identify high-quality SLP candidates through various channels Conduct calls with prospective candidates to evaluate fit and generate interest Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and sourcing progress in the ATS Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume clinical or healthcare recruiting, preferably SLP sourcing Demonstrated success in passive candidate sourcing and advanced search methodologies Experience in building and maintaining dashboard analytics for pipeline health Expertise with sourcing tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems Familiarity with AI-driven sourcing tools and CRM systems
