Cloud Migration OCM Lead
A company is looking for a Cloud Migration Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support cloud migration efforts. Key Responsibilities Establish and lead the implementation of a migration OCM strategy Capture and help resolve dependencies and roadblocks that could impede the migration effort Coordinate with the migration team to communicate data governance, user agreements, and other important guidance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability/Public Trust clearance Strong background in organizational behavior and systemic change Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
