A company is looking for an HR Leader, MedTech Quality and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic HR partnership to Quality & Compliance teams and shape business strategy
Design and implement data-driven talent strategies to attract and retain top talent
Develop leadership coaching and enhance team effectiveness to accelerate performance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience; at least 2 years in HR or HR-related roles preferred
Bachelor's degree is required
Experience in managing and implementing projects and business support initiatives
Strong relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills
Experience using data to influence senior business leaders and drive talent outcomes
