Cloud Services Support Analyst
A company is looking for a Cloud Services Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via phone and email, troubleshooting and resolving cloud service issues
Monitor case management systems, prioritize tasks, and escalate unresolved issues for timely resolution
Document and track support requests in the problem management database, maintaining accurate records of issues and resolutions
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent professional experience required
2+ years of experience in an end-user support role
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure administration and LAN networking concepts
Experience with desktop environment management and troubleshooting methodologies
