HR Systems Analyst
A company is looking for an HR Systems Analyst to support the Workday HR Systems and compensation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Workday Compensation capability area and assist with HCM Core, Staffing/Onboarding, Benefits, Talent/Performance Management, Recruiting, and Learning
Collaborate with the Compensation/Total Rewards Team to design and deploy complex global merit, bonus, and stock cycles in Workday
Conduct requirements analysis, solutions design, and support postproduction migration of functional modifications to Workday and other HR systems
Required Qualifications
BA degree and 8+ years of relevant compensation experience; Workday knowledge/configuration experience preferred
Experience supporting merit cycles as a business analyst/project manager with advanced compensation designs
3+ years of experience configuring and maintaining Workday, particularly in Advanced Compensation and Core Compensation modules
Additional experience in Workday Performance, Talent, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, and/or HCM modules is beneficial
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
