Key Responsibilities Develop rapport with students to enhance engagement and support their college journey Provide tailored advice and resources to assist students with academic and personal challenges Track communication and student progress using Salesforce and conduct regular check-ins Required Qualifications and Experience Currently a junior or senior in college and in good academic standing Comfortable building relationships virtually through various communication platforms Able to commit to the position for the entire academic year (August 2025 - May 2026) Effective in managing time and navigating multiple technology platforms Experience mentoring or supporting first-generation college students is preferred
