Key Responsibilities Develop tools and plans for near real-time water rights administration and data analysis Review and analyze water accounting submissions for compliance with decrees and DWR policies Coordinate with DWR staff to enhance data transparency and reliability through improved tools Required Qualifications Six years of relevant experience in a related field or a combination of education and experience equaling six years Knowledge and experience with Colorado water rights and water administration Experience in accounting, preferably in water accounting Project management experience Education and/or experience in computer science
