Commercial Attorney - Food & Beverage
A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney (Food & Beverage/CPG). Key Responsibilities Review and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, Work Orders, Influencer Agreements, Recruiter Agreements, SaaS T&Cs, and Hotel/Event Contracts Support the legal team in various commercial transactions Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and mitigate risks Required Qualifications Junior to mid-level commercial attorney experience Background in Food & Beverage or high-growth CPG industries Experience in a law firm or in-house legal setting Ability to work 20-30 hours per week, fully remote Willingness to start ASAP and potential for conversion based on performance
