A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel in Life Sciences. Key Responsibilities Provide legal counseling on product features, commercial transactions, and operational issues Manage and resolve complex commercial deal issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams Draft, negotiate, and advise on a variety of commercial agreements, focusing on life sciences contracts Required Qualifications J.D. with strong academic credentials and membership in at least one U.S. state bar 3+ years of commercial or corporate experience in-house at a life sciences or healthcare company, or at a law firm Experience with IP, technology, and software/SaaS agreements, including drafting and negotiating commercial deals Familiarity with U.S. healthcare and privacy laws, including HIPAA, is a plus
