A company is looking for a Commercial Engagement Manager to support the sales team in driving internal operations and commercial success. Key Responsibilities Manage sales performance metrics and maintain Large Pharma M&A and pipeline trackers Support sales leadership with ad-hoc requests and assist in RFP/RFI processes Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and provide training on Salesforce CRM as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 5 years of experience in sales and marketing required Experience with sales teams and Salesforce CRM Strong Excel skills for report manipulation and analysis Exposure to the healthcare/life-sciences industry
