Commissions Specialist
A company is looking for a Commissions Specialist responsible for processing commission-related payments and reports. Key Responsibilities Review and monitor commission reports to ensure accurate payments to brokers Process adjustments to correct commission errors and discrepancies Compile data and issue Form 5500 and Schedule A information in accordance with IRS specifications Required Qualifications Associates' or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is desired Minimum two years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Commissions Payable Experience with commission reporting and reconciliation Familiarity with IRS regulations regarding commission reporting Ability to assist in cross-training new employees
