A company is looking for a Consultant, National Community Health Worker Strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead a visioning process with the Ministry of Health to assess and improve the Community Health Worker program Conduct a comprehensive gap analysis and update the Program Quality Improvement Plan Co-develop a roadmap for the CHW Strategy, ensuring alignment with evidence and stakeholder input Required Qualifications Master's degree in public health, health management, or related fields, or equivalent experience Progressive professional experience in health care optimization and health systems design Experience working with Global Fund financing and civil society Experience in health systems strengthening, community health, and policy development Strong understanding of community health programs in Sub-Saharan Africa, particularly in Sierra Leone
