A company is looking for a Community Moderator to support the launch phase of a new RPG Crawler Mobile Dungeon. Key Responsibilities Monitor and moderate the community to ensure a safe and respectful environment Engage with the community to initiate conversations and encourage interaction Respond to community inquiries and feedback, escalating issues when necessary Required Qualifications Experience in customer service or support for a free-to-play game Ability to handle sensitive issues with diplomacy and confidentiality Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with community members Ability to work independently Interest in games or technology
