A company is looking for a Community Resource Specialist. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and inquiries from the public using computer software Assess the needs of callers and provide appropriate resources Document interactions and maintain accurate records of calls and referrals Required Qualifications Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent Ability to assist callers who are presenting life-threatening crises MUST obtain an Inform CRS Certification within 90 days of acceptance of position Legally able to work in the United States Must pass a criminal background check
