Property and Casualty Licensed Manager
A company is looking for an Insurance Service and Retention Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop colleagues in client care best practices and performance management
Partner with sales teams to drive client acquisition, retention, and issue resolution
Execute client sales and retention strategies while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
7+ years of business line experience (Commercial P&C, Employee Benefits, or Personal Lines P&C)
3+ years of management experience
Property and Casualty or Life and Health license required within 90 days of hire
Willingness to travel for client and regional needs (approximately 10% of the time)
