A company is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze compensation data and maintain compensation structures
Support compensation review processes and assist with benefits administration tasks
Provide reporting and insights related to compensation programs and metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
Familiarity with equity compensation and variable pay programs
Experience with HRIS systems; Dayforce experience is a plus
