Compliance Customer Success Manager
A company is looking for a Compliance Customer Success Manager to manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with compliance learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Establish trusted relationships with customers and drive the value of compliance products and services
Consult with customers on implementing and evaluating their compliance digital learning programs
Analyze account health, identify risks, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer retention and growth
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Customer Success experience or equivalent, with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Experience in compliance training or consulting with account management responsibilities
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Customer Success tools
Solid knowledge of the digital learning industry and understanding of regulatory training needs
Effective project management and organizational skills for managing a high-volume customer base
