A company is looking for a Compliance Lead to manage compliance and risk management functions. Key Responsibilities Lead the compliance function to ensure adherence to regulations and partner bank requirements Act as the primary liaison with partner banks and service providers, promoting awareness of regulatory trends Oversee BSA/AML compliance strategy and operations, including customer onboarding and reporting mechanisms Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in financial services compliance and risk operations, preferably in a FinTech startup 2+ years in a management role with experience in scaling compliance operations Strong knowledge of federal regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act, ECOA, and FCRA Professional certifications in compliance (e.g., CAMS, CCEP) are preferred Strong SQL skills and experience in data-driven fraud analysis are preferred
