Compliance Officer - Ohio Licensed
A company is looking for a Compliance Officer - Complaints Management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Complaints Program by assessing risks and engaging with business lines to identify and mitigate issues
Develop a bank-wide approach to managing complaint data, focusing on identification, measurement, and reporting
Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate complaints and provide actionable insights to improve controls and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; CRCM certification is a plus
Minimum of 3 years of compliance experience, preferably in complaints management
Strong knowledge of internal controls and compliance testing processes
Experience in developing and maintaining collaborative relationships across all business lines
Ability to analyze data and present findings effectively to diverse audiences
