A company is looking for a Concept Art Lead to lead a concept art team on an unannounced project. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary concept team for character, environment, worldbuilding, and marketing art Mentor and inspire a talented team of concept artists through all phases of production Collaborate with Art Director and Leads to shape and communicate the vision of the game Required Qualifications: Proven experience in AAA game development leadership roles Advanced foundation in digital and traditional arts, including figure drawing and illustration Experience as a Concept Lead from R&D through to shipping, including early prototyping Demonstrated skills in stylized art and adaptability Strong portfolio showcasing previous concept art work in games
