A company is looking for a Consultant - Annual Monitoring Survey. Key Responsibilities Develop and submit a comprehensive plan for implementing the baseline survey Administer surveys and conduct interviews with fish farmers and feed millers across designated counties Prepare a detailed field report summarizing the collected data and maintain communication with the Impact Assessment team Required Qualifications Master's degree in Aquaculture, Agricultural Economics, or related fields; PhD preferred Proven experience with CAPI and digital survey administration Extensive experience conducting large-scale baseline surveys in the aquaculture sector Experience in obtaining ethical approvals and research permits in Kenya Strong understanding of socio-economic aspects in the aquaculture sector
