Key Responsibilities Research appeals and grievances to ensure compliance with plans and internal policies Assist in preparing cases for second level appeals and representation in State Fair Hearings Collaborate with internal business partners on process improvements and modifications Required Qualifications 2+ years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree Knowledge of state and federal regulatory policies and health plan products High school diploma or equivalent and legal authorization to work in the U.S Proficient in multiple PC-based software applications and systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
