Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Demonstrated skill in coaching and assisting others
Proven ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Interest in or experience with lawn and garden care is a plus
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
