HR Services Representative
A company is looking for a Representative, HR Services (Background Screening).
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate criminal convictions in the background check process and provide hiring recommendations
Respond to inquiries from store management and other associates regarding HR policies and procedures
Manage background screening adjudications, including validating credentials and determining candidate suitability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
1-3 years of administrative experience
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience in meeting established service level expectations
