Contact Center Agent
A company is looking for a Member Services Agent (Call Center/ Contact Center).
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional member experiences by answering inquiries, managing returns, and resolving issues
Interact with members through voice and email, delivering accurate and complete information
Advance knowledge and skills to handle more complex situations and alternate communication channels
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in a contact center environment
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Ability to work flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday, 9am-9pm EST
