Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of K-12 school partners, driving outcomes, retention, and revenue expansion
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align services with school goals and ensure successful implementation
Fuel a culture of leadership and learning by representing company values and contributing to team initiatives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a K-12 educator role or in client-facing roles involving account management or customer success
Comfort working with data and managing projects
Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
Familiarity with district-level initiatives and education funding
Ability to forecast renewals and report on account health
