Contact Center Systems Analyst
A company is looking for a Contact Center Systems Analyst to maintain and monitor systems supporting contact center operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage system access, change requirements, and internal testing for customer support software
Evaluate existing workflows and implement new ones to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into Key Performance Indicators
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1+ year of experience managing customer support software
Experience in providing or building customer experiences
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Five9, and AI technologies is a plus
