A company is looking for a Contact Systems Coordinator who will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls using multiple scripts for various calling campaigns Screen inquiries and determine student eligibility for admissions advisors Log into multiple systems to maintain accurate student records and metrics Required Qualifications High School diploma or its equivalent required Call Center experience preferred Customer Service experience preferred Proficient in computer skills, including Office Suite Ability to adapt to new processes and technology
