A company is looking for a Contract Support Specialist to assist with payer contracts and serve as a key contact for inquiries and education. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the contract repository database, ensuring all contracts are executed and uploaded correctly Respond to inquiries from internal personnel and payer representatives regarding contracts and policies Educate internal staff on new payer products and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Required Qualifications Associates Degree or equivalent education and experience Four (4) years of experience in a payer or provider contracting environment Experience with commercial payer contracts and payment variance Familiarity with policies and contract methodologies
