A company is looking for a Contracts & Payments Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer contractual agreements, ensuring compliance and tracking key terms
Oversee invoice and payment processes, ensuring timely disbursements and managing vendor inquiries
Provide administrative support to the Venue Engagement team, focusing on client-related tasks and operational improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years in an administrative support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience (2-4 years) in contracts management or payments administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with contract management software
Solid understanding of financial principles and payment processes
