A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with GAAP Lead client compliance efforts, collaborating with external experts to fulfill accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements Mentor and manage a team of accounting professionals, ensuring high performance and effective project management Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller, with 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm Experience in a multi-client environment and demonstrated ability to manage deadlines effectively Deep accounting experience across multiple industries Proven leadership skills in managing and developing accounting teams
