A company is looking for a Conversational AI Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Own conversation design for AI Agents to ensure seamless and engaging call interactions
Collaborate with customers to identify unmet needs and craft transformative solutions
Develop intent taxonomies and use analytics to enhance AI Agent performance
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience designing AI-based experiences
BS/MS degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Linguistics, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience with self-service automation technologies and API integrations
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI; knowledge of SQL or R/Python is a bonus
Strong passion for user experience and customer-centric design
