Corporate Debt Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Corporate Debt & Treasury Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Maintain and administer all corporate credit agreements and ensure compliance with terms Prepare and track draw requests, prepayments, and loan reconciliations Support corporate credit agreement administration and assist in evaluating refinancing opportunities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CFA preferred) 5-7+ years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, or accounting, with 3-4+ years in corporate debt management Experience with loan administration and capital project accounting Strong understanding of GAAP accounting for interest capitalization and debt instruments Proficiency with ERP systems and treasury management platforms
