A company is looking for a Corporate Claim Litigation Attorney Expert (Remote). Key Responsibilities Oversee first and third-party claims of heightened exposure, complex extra-contractual matters, and bad faith litigation Perform extra-contractual analysis based on factual and legal issues Provide advice to the Claims Organization on extra-contractual and bad faith issues, and prepare recommendations for settlement Required Qualifications Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing within state of practice 7 or more years of relevant experience in insurance defense work Experience managing or litigating bad faith or extra-contractual allegations Project management skills and law firm/vendor management experience Insurance Defense experience is required; experience handling 1st and 3rd party property claims is preferred
