Correspondence Analyst
A company is looking for a Correspondence Analyst to create and manage effective communication strategies across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate correspondence requirements into clear and compliant communications
Organize and manage business needs for portfolio initiatives, ensuring alignment with stakeholder feedback and operational insights
Identify and implement process improvements for correspondence channels and provide training on best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, health management, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in insurance, with 2+ years in document management systems and forms automation tools
Proven experience as an Experience Owner or Product Owner in Agile projects
Preferred knowledge of Group Benefits, including Leave Management and Disability
Strong understanding of document management principles and industry standards
