If you're ready to lead a talented team in creating high-impact designs, this is the place for you.General ExpectationsRepresent Amply professionally and helpfully in all client interactions.Take ownership of your tasks and projects, communicate regularly with your team, and ask for assistance when needed.Stay proactive by communicating with your manager if you need additional work or resources.ResponsibilitiesOverall RoleLead 3-6 projects at a time (a combination of standalone and retainer clients), ensuring high-quality creative delivery within defined timelines.Own the creative direction across projects, overseeing brand development, visual storytelling, and high-impact design execution.Strategize and collaborate with UX/UI Leads to enhance creative processes and communication between teams.Convert standalone projects into retainers and contribute to upselling opportunities with expert creative recommendations.Creative Strategy & LeadershipDrive branding process improvements, establishing resources and best practices for brand strategy and expansion.Ensure Amply's work stays ahead of industry trends, incorporating AI and emerging technologies into creative processes.Client Management & CollaborationHandle client communication independently, including negotiations and project alignment.Provide expert creative recommendations that align branding efforts with the client's business objectives.Lead brand expansion efforts, ensuring scalability and consistency across all brand touchpoints.Collaborate with UX/UI Leads, strategy teams, and developers to maintain seamless execution across all projects.Innovation & Quality ControlMaintain expert-level creative quality, ensuring every project delivers distinct, innovative, and ownable branding.Deliver cutting-edge, trend-aware creative solutions while upholding Amply's design standards.Conduct internal creative reviews, ensuring all work meets high-performance benchmarks before client delivery.What does day-to-day look like?MoodboardsCreative Direction PresentationsDiscovery conversations with clientsBrand Identity Work: Logos, Color Palettes, Patterns, Textures, Guidelines, etc. Collaborating with other designers to translate your creative vision and more :) ?Requirements2+ years in brand identity and creative direction.Experience leading projects and teams in a fast-paced design environment.Deep understanding of B2B brand strategy, with the ability to provide actionable insights for SaaS companies.Strong presentation skills, able to communicate creative rationale to U.S. stakeholders.Passionate about creative technology and AI in branding.Track record of mentorship, process improvement, and team development.?Onboarding looks like: A 4-6 week ramp-up period to meet the role responsibility expectations. General Expectations


  • Represent Amply professionally and helpfully in all client interactions.
  • Take ownership of your tasks and projects, communicate regularly with your team, and ask for assistance when needed.

Responsibilities

Overall Role


  • Lead 3-6 projects at a time (a combination of standalone and retainer clients), ensuring high-quality creative delivery within defined timelines.
  • Own the creative direction across projects, overseeing brand development, visual storytelling, and high-impact design execution.
  • Strategize and collaborate with UX/UI Leads to enhance creative processes and communication between teams.
  • Convert standalone projects into retainers and contribute to upselling opportunities with expert creative recommendations.


Creative Strategy & Leadership


  • Drive branding process improvements, establishing resources and best practices for brand strategy and expansion.
  • Ensure Amply's work stays ahead of industry trends, incorporating AI and emerging technologies into creative processes.
