A company is looking for a NetApp Storage Engineer to provide technical support for NetApp storage systems and solutions. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot complex issues related to the NetApp FAS/AFF product line Respond to post-sales customer support issues through various channels Collect and analyze multi-platform logs to identify issues and determine root causes Required Qualifications Expertise in NetApp hardware architecture, RAID concepts, and SAN/NAS storage Experience with Data ONTAP operating system and NetApp Storage Management Software Suite 2 - 5 years of experience in UNIX, storage administration, or technical support A Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field Experience with troubleshooting methodologies and case management systems
