Key Responsibilities Facilitate the centralized credentialing verification program and maintain accurate records Process initial and re-credentialing applications, ensuring compliance with regulations Communicate with medical staff services and keep the Medical Staff Services Director informed of issues Required Qualifications Understanding of medical terminology and experience in an administrative role within the medical field Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe, and OneNote Knowledge of TJC and NCQA standards, as well as state and federal guidelines Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and certification from the National Association of Medical Staff Services
