Credit Management Representative
A company is looking for a Credit Management Representative. Key Responsibilities Manage credit balances for multiple clients, including researching and resolving patient accounts Prepare and submit refund requests with necessary documentation and correct misapplied adjustments Identify trends in credit balances and communicate findings to management for resolution Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required 1-year experience in insurance collections, credit balance management, or payment posting 1-3 years experience in Physician/Professional billing Working knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and insurance follow-up processes Basic knowledge of healthcare claims processing including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC codes
