A company is looking for a Member Outreach Specialist (Outbound Call Center). Key Responsibilities Perform outbound calls to activate and engage members in various health programs and campaigns Document information obtained from members during outreach and follow-up calls Utilize exceptional customer service skills and motivational interviewing techniques to encourage member participation Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or college degree preferred Two years of related work experience in health care, customer service, telemarketing, account management, or sales required One year of call center experience required Experience with computers, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, required Must pass a Criminal Records check upon hire and every three years thereafter
