CRM Campaign Strategy Lead
A company is looking for a CRM Marketing Campaign Strategy Lead who will manage customer journeys and campaigns across various CRM touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage complex customer journeys and strategic plans for email, push, SMS, and in-app campaigns
Develop campaign briefs and oversee creative and marketing automation processes to ensure timely execution
Analyze customer data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective CRM strategies that meet KPIs
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM marketing strategy and campaign planning
Expertise in email, SMS, and push-notification best practices and regulations
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and performance measurement
Familiarity with tools like Asana, Airtable, and enterprise CRM systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze
Strong understanding of customer behavior and data-driven CRM automation plans
