CRM Campaign Strategy Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, CRM Campaign Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage personalized customer journeys and strategic plans for CRM campaigns across various channels
Develop campaign briefs and oversee creative and marketing automation processes to ensure timely execution
Analyze customer data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective CRM strategies that meet KPIs
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in CRM marketing strategy and campaign planning
3-5 years of experience with Asana, Airtable, and Lucid Chart for journey mapping and brief development
Strong experience with enterprise CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze
Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and performance measurement
Proficiency in developing advanced segmentation and rule-based logic for CRM journeys
