NABCEP Licensed Help Desk Associate
A company is looking for a Go Solar Help Desk Associate to provide support to solar consumers across the nation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 support through emails, phone, and chat; conduct 15-minute appointment calls
Record and report all support cases for tracking and metrics
Assist in content creation and updates to support organizational goals
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, help desk, or customer service
Willingness to study for and take the NABCEP PV Associate Exam within 1 year of hire
Ability to multitask and manage various projects
Organized and self-directed in managing short and long-term projects
Upbeat attitude with a customer-focused mindset
