Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, faxes, and inquiries
Accurately process new customer orders and ensure documentation is complete
Schedule equipment evaluations and adjustments with clients and referrals
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
3+ years in a fast-paced, customer-facing office or call center role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or durable medical equipment (DME) preferred
Familiarity with medical documentation requirements preferred
