Key Responsibilities
Manage order fulfillment processes including order entry, expediting, and back-order monitoring
Perform material availability inquiries and price discrepancy reporting
Act as a liaison for customers and external service providers, ensuring quality service delivery
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of professional experience, or a bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of experience
Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
Ability to handle multiple PC applications simultaneously
Proven ability to work well in a team environment
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
