Customer Care Team Lead
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Care - Member.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and direct team to meet goals and compliance standards
Conduct coaching sessions, performance appraisals, and team meetings
Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement improvement solutions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
Minimum of three years of customer service experience, including one year in a call center
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center preferred
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with the healthcare field, particularly Medicaid or Medicare, preferred
