Team Lead, Customer Care
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Care - Provider.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and direct the team to meet goals and compliance standards
Conduct coaching sessions and performance appraisals, documenting conversations in the HR system
Analyze operational performance indicators and develop action plans for improvement
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required
Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred
Minimum of three years of customer service experience, including one year in a call center environment
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center is strongly preferred
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
